For those of us with busy lives, that’s precisely what we’ve come to expect from a product. We don’t have time to chase the golden fountain of health and youth, but making some changes and supplements to our routines can provide many health benefits. The health and wellness industry is a bit of a crazy process, but here are healthy living products (some edible, some not) that can make healthy living a little easier. Most of these products come in cardboard sleeve packaging. Let us discuss some of these healthy living products!
Coconut Probiotic Yogurt
The Coconut Cult’s probiotic coconut yogurt contains 25 billion probiotics from 15 different species in two tablespoons. This $25 yogurt scares health and wellness lovers, but with so many probiotics in a can of yogurt, two tablespoons of this coconut milk can replace your daily probiotic supplement. However, it can be addictive, so you’re in luck if you only need two scoops. So, if you want to feed your gut-healthy bacteria without adding another pill or supplement to your morning workout routine, give coconut probiotic yogurt packed in sleeve boxes a try.
Antioxidant pack of matcha powder
What is matcha? Matcha is different from green tea, made from high-quality green tea leaves, which are ground into a powder and consumed leaf by leaf. Matcha is rich in antioxidants called polyphenols, which studies show can boost metabolism and slow or stop the growth of cancer cells. It contains caffeine, which combines with L-theanine (an amino acid) to provide a relaxing, but not “calming”, steady, vibration-free energy. Matcha powder is famous for its matcha latte (see my recipe), but it’s very versatile.
This tea is an easy and healthy way to invigorate your morning. Sometimes, I swap out my morning smoothie for matcha with a scoop of coconut butter and Primal Kitchen’s Vanilla Collagen Powder to stay fuller and energized for longer!
Disposable Ritual Vitamins
I would never recommend a supplement (product) that I am not confident in, and I think Ritual Multivitamins for Women is a great product. One tablet contains nine highly bioavailable essential nutrients that you may not be able to yet Obtained from food. One of the best things about Ritual is its transparency in terms of research, ingredients, and sourcing of critical components. It’s an entirely vegan multivitamin that can be ordered monthly for $30 a month.
A spoon of Magica
Instead of chasing the nutrients, you need to consume; you can add a scoop of Majeka powder to your morning smoothie for protein, fiber, every conceivable vitamin, probiotics, prebiotics, digestive enzymes, and the benefits of fruits and vegetable mixture. Just suitable for those who want to maintain a healthy lifestyle but don’t want to spend more than 10 minutes in the kitchen, and a delicious alternative to my cookie cravings. For all new moms, Majeka can make your life easier. It needs to take better care of your family by providing your body with the nutrients with a mix designed specifically for breastfeeding. But the combination is good for everyone!
Coconut butter (yes, butter, not oil)
Coconut has so many uses! Don’t get confused at first. Coconut oil is a particular substance. Coconut oil is pure coconut meat, while coconut oil is pure fat, even from coconut oil. It is best described as a combination of peanut butter and peanut oil. So, why eat coconut oil? Unlike oil, it contains nutrients like fiber, protein, magnesium, iron, and potassium. However, it does have MCTs (healthy) fats, but a tablespoon is about 100 calories, so don’t overeat. Spread honey on toast and sprinkle with berries.
Nonsensical snack with probiotics. This classic Korean dish is made with fermented cabbage and radishes and seasoned with garlic. Fermentation not only provides gut-friendly bacteria (improves digestion and overall health), but is also rich in fiber, vitamin A, antioxidants, immune system boosters, vitamin C (anti-aging), reduces cancer risk, and reduces skin inflammation (Eczema in particular). It is clinically proven. We are trying to consume more fermented foods that are readily available and easy to incorporate into our diets.
Take advantage of almond milk
Suppose you don’t know how to make almond milk for healthy living products. It’s just almonds and water (see instructions here). However, if you look at almonds at home or in the supermarket, you’ll find that they contain many ingredients, some of which you won’t be able to read. One of the most common ingredients is carrageenan. It is an additive made from seaweed and used by the food industry to thicken products and make them gelatinous.
